WE’RE HIRING | POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR ?

Gold Coast Films is looking for a highly organised and proactive Post-Production Coordinator to help streamline our editing workflows and ensure timely delivery of branded content to our clients.

We currently produce 60–80 videos, reels and branded content films every month, and we’re working towards scaling to 100–110 deliverables per month by March 2027.

We need someone who can keep our editing pipeline organised, coordinate with multiple teams and ensure that no project gets stuck or misses its deadline.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

? Edit Allocation: Coordinate work between in-house editors and external freelance editors based on workload and deadlines.

? Project Tracking: Maintain a master tracker of all edits, deadlines, revisions and delivery status.

? Team Coordination: Work closely with our creative team, DOPs, editors and account managers to keep projects moving.

?️ Input Management: Track scripts, copy, voice-overs, footage, music and other assets required to complete edits

⏱️ Deadline Management: Follow up on projects, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery to brands.

? Revision & Quality Coordination: Track feedback,



manage revision cycles and ensure final exports are ready for delivery.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FO?R

- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiar with video editing and post-production workflows.
- Able to take ownership, solve problems and flag potential delays early.

Previous experience in a production house, creative agency or post-production team would be an advantage.

You don’t need to be an expert editor. You need to understand how edits move from footage to final delivery, and how to keep that process running smoothly.
