About the Opportunity

Radisson Blu Indore (200+ keys) and Radisson RED Indore (115 keys) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and creative On-the-Job Trainee – HR & Learning & Development to join our cluster team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who wish to gain practical exposure to Human Resources, employee engagement, training coordination, and Learning & Development operations in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR & L&D; team in coordinating employee training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Prepare training presentations, posters, invitations, and other creatives using Canva.
- Maintain training MIS, attendance records, employee databases, and reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Support employee induction, orientation, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments for training schedules and participation.
- Support the preparation of training calendars, feedback forms, and monthly training reports.




- Assist with general HR documentation and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Mandatory proficiency in Canva for designing posters, presentations, invitations, and training creatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with different departments.
- Prior exposure to the hotel industry will be an added advantage.
