Role Description The Monitoring Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role involves continuously monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts to identify irregularities, performance issues, or service disruptions.

The Monitoring

Specialist documents incidents, escalates issues according to defined protocols, and coordinates with technical and customer-facing teams to support timely resolution. Daily responsibilities include analyzing trends, preparing basic reports, conducting research on recurring problems, and maintaining accurate records of system status and incident history.



The role also requires transparent communication with internal teams, adherence to established procedures, and proactive suggestions for improving monitoring processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong System Monitoring skills, with the ability to work with dashboards, alerts, and logging tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify patterns, investigate issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly report incidents, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation to support internal and external stakeholders with timely information and professional interactions.
- Relevant experience in monitoring operations, IT support, or service desk environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, follow structured procedures, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of logistics , networks, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Completion of a diploma or degree in a any recognized field.
