Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Merchandiser will coordinate between buyers, production, and internal teams to manage orders from sample development to bulk execution, ensuring product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.

Responsibilities include preparing and following up on costing, approvals,



and documentation; tracking production status; and resolving issues related to materials, trims, and packaging. The role involves analyzing trends and buyer requirements, supporting product development with design and fabric teams, and maintaining clear records of orders, shipments, and compliance requirements. The Merchandiser will also support relationship management with buyers and vendors through timely communication and professional follow-up.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with buyers, production teams, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess planning, coordination, and follow-up skills to manage timelines, approvals, and production workflows.
- Relevant experience in merchandising within home textiles is a must.
- A diploma or degree in textiles, fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data reporting tools is desirable.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are important.
