Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in Chennai, structured as a hybrid position that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to promote turnkey interior and signage solutions, including campaign development across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the company’s online presence, coordinating content creation, overseeing brand messaging, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.

The Marketing

Manager will collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to develop proposals, case studies, and marketing collateral that support business development and client engagement.



The role also includes managing vendor relationships for marketing services, organizing events or trade participation when required, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, websites, and online advertising, along with basic analytics and reporting skills.
- Ability to create and supervise marketing content, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and development of presentations and sales materials.
- Proficiency in brand management and positioning, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Robust organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in interiors, signage, construction, or B2B services is an advantage.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including the ability to collaborate effectively on-site in Chennai and independently while working from home.
