Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support day-to-day operations across functions such as production, quality control, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks, as assigned by senior managers.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with different departments, tracking orders and timelines, preparing simple reports, and assisting in process documentation. The role involves learning standard operating procedures, observing workflow, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Trainee will collaborate with team members at various levels, attend training sessions, and gradually take on more responsibility as skills and knowledge grow.

Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to textile and clothing operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic organizational, time-management, and documentation skills for handling day-to-day tasks.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation tools).
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes and safety guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in textiles, fashion, business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in building a career in the textiles or clothing industry and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ethical conduct in a work or academic setting.
