Role Description This is a part-time, in office Machine Learning Engineer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Machine Learning

Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that support Krindel’s AI cost optimization and governance features. Day-to-day work includes developing and evaluating algorithms, building and refining neural network architectures, and applying pattern recognition techniques to usage and cost data. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions, validating models with statistical methods,



and ensuring models are efficient, reliable, and aligned with platform performance goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to analyze data, model behavior, and derive actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks for building and deploying models.
- Knowledge of AI/ML cost optimization, model performance tuning, and resource-efficient experimentation is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python) and experience with libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Greater Kolkata Area, communicate clearly, and document technical work effectively.
