Role Description The Jr Accountant (Fashion Store up to 25k) will handle daily accounting tasks for a fashion retail setting, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, supporting inventory valuation, and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.

Accountant will work closely with store management to track expenses, monitor sales-related financial data,



and support compliance with internal policies. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring consistent coordination with the store team and timely completion of accounting activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and general computer applications relevant to retail finance.
- Candidates should possess strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile transactions and records accurately.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with store staff and management on financial matters.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in retail, fashion, or a similar environment, especially in an accounting or finance support role, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of financial information is required.
