Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and enhancing the group’s technology environment across multiple businesses. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems and applications, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing timely technical support to internal stakeholders. The analyst will assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and software problems, documenting recurring issues, and recommending improvements.

This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyzing data to improve IT services,



and contributing to the implementation of secure, compliant technology solutions. The analyst is expected to communicate clearly with non-technical users, ensure adherence to group IT standards, and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including systems, applications, and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to IT processes.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and supporting non-technical users.
- Relevant experience in IT support, systems analysis, or a related technology role, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, security, and data protection principles in an enterprise setting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
