Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Drive CBSE curriculum implementation, academic planning, and student performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teachers and academic teams.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, school policies, and quality standards.
- Manage parent engagement, student discipline, and school development initiatives.
- Oversee foundation programmes and strengthen students’ academic fundamentals.
- Drive staff performance,
operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a School Principal role.
- Experience in handling foundation schools is mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in CBSE school administration and academic leadership.
