Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE HR Recruiter. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, and counseling them on suitable career paths aligned with client requirements. The individual will source and screen profiles, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate and client records in recruitment databases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with candidates, supporting bulk and targeted hiring drives,



assisting in business development activities related to staffing and training services, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to meet recruitment targets, contribute to corporate training engagements, and support overall talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, telecalling, and counseling skills with the ability to explain roles clearly and maintain professional conversations.
- Candidates should possess HR recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management.
- Candidates should possess business development and client engagement skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and relationship-building with corporate partners.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and documentation skills, including use of MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and recruitment or CRM tools.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle bulk hiring, meet targets, and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in HR recruiting, telecalling, counseling, or staffing services will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, demonstrate professionalism with diverse candidates, and maintain a gender-neutral, non-discriminatory approach to hiring.
