We’re hiring a Growth Marketer (full-time, remote, India) to run growth for two products:

- Zavi: AI agents that help companies grow (B2B)
- Upcar: our consumer app (B2C)

What you’ll do

- Plan and run Meta and Google ad campaigns, and manage budgets against CAC/ROAS targets
- Grow organic social and content on Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video
- Improve SEO, AI search visibility and app store listings (ASO)
- Run lifecycle and referral programs across email, WhatsApp and push
- Run weekly experiments, track the numbers and share what you learn
- Turn what works into repeatable playbooks, some of which become recipes for Zavi’s AI agents





You might be a great fit if you

- Have 0–2 years of hands-on growth or marketing experience (side projects, freelance work and college ventures all count)
- Can point to a number you moved: followers, signups, installs, sales
- Are comfortable with data and use AI tools every day
- Love running lots of small experiments and moving rapid
- Can think about both business buyers and everyday consumers
