Script Assist is hiring a Senior IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment for our growing software engineering and specialist business teams in India.

We are a UK healthtech SaaS business building software for private healthcare clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators. You will work directly with our founders, engineering leaders and hiring managers to identify, assess and recruit people who can help build and deliver our platform.

We are looking for someone who brings solid sourcing skills, technical recruitment experience and independent judgement: someone who can understand a hiring requirement, investigate the market and explain why a candidate’s experience is relevant.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of end-to-end IT recruitment, from understanding the requirement and defining the target candidate profile through to sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



offer negotiation and joining.

Our established recruitment processes support junior hiring. Your experience will be particularly valuable in
senior software engineering recruitment, niche technical hiring, passive candidate sourcing and specialist searches.

What you will own

Technical recruitment and talent acquisition
• Run full-cycle recruitment for Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Senior Software Engineers, Technical Leads, API Integration Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers and QA Automation Engineers.
• Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand responsibilities, technical requirements, seniority and the experience needed to succeed.
• Translate hiring briefs into clear job descriptions, screening criteria, target companies and sourcing strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolea
