Role Description The NRI Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. This role involves proactively engaging with NRI clients to understand their banking and investment needs,



offering suitable products such as savings and deposit accounts, remittance services, and wealth management solutions. The individual will handle account opening and servicing, resolve queries, coordinate cross-border banking requirements, and ensure timely communication with clients. Daily activities include monitoring client portfolios, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The NRI Relationship Manager is also expected to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare regular reports on client engagement and portfolio performance, and contribute to branch-level business growth targets.
