Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE HR Recruiter. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to potential candidates,



explaining job opportunities, and counseling them on suitable career paths aligned with client requirements. The individual will source and screen profiles, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate and client records in recruitment databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with candidates, supporting bulk and targeted hiring drives, assisting in business development activities related to staffing and training services, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to meet recruitment targets, contribute to corporate training engagements, and support overall talent acquisition strategies.
