Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present pharmaceutical products and solutions, and follow up to close sales while meeting defined targets. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, gathering market feedback, and participating in sales reviews and training sessions. The Sales Specialist may assist in product demonstrations, support marketing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding of clients or team members and explain product features clearly.
