We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and execute monthly content calendars Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand identity Monitor trends and implement creative ideas to boost engagement Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms Perform audience targeting, A/B testing,



and campaign optimization Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective results Generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness through ads • Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CPC, ROAS) Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Use insights to improve future strategies Preferred Qualities
• Experience in IT / Digital Marketing industry • Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns • Understanding of branding and performance marketing Skills & Technologies
