About RudraSetu
RudraSetu is a growing D2C spiritual brand. We sell authentic Rudraksha, malas and bracelets through our own online store. In this role, you make sure every order reaches the customer on time and every customer query gets a proper answer.
What you’ll do
• Call customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch
• Manage NDRs (failed delivery attempts): contact customers, reschedule deliveries and reduce returns
• Handle order packaging end to end: print labels and invoices, pack orders, hand them over and coordinate with the delivery team
• Manage inventory: keep stock records updated, track packaging materials and flag low stock early
• Coordinate with delivery aggregators on pickups, lost parcels, claims and refunds, delivery delays and other shipping issues
• Handle customer support on WhatsApp and Instagram: refunds, replacements, placing orders for customers and answering queries
What we’re looking for
• Strong communication skills, confident on calls with customers,
courier partners and aggregators
• Comfortable speaking Hindi on calls, with basic English for written messages
• Organised and careful: orders must go out correctly and on time
• Polite, patient and solution-focused with customers
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel, WhatsApp Business)
• Experience in e-commerce operations, courier coordination or customer support (a plus)
• Familiarity with shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket (a plus)
Working hours
• Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday (half day): 10 AM – 2 PM
• Sunday: weekly off
