Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Full-Stack Development Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
