Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a proactive QA Automation Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
• Highly organized methodology with a solid ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
