The professional will review policy coverage, collect and verify evidence, coordinate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, and support the claims process from initial notification through to settlement. Daily activities include analyzing cause and extent of damage, estimating loss values, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining clear records and communication. The role requires regular field visits, strong professional judgment, and consistent follow-up to help clients achieve accurate and timely claim resolutions.
