Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate needs, present suitable residential and commercial property options,



and guide them through the entire sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property visits and presentations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and closing transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth property handovers, and providing after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships. The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about local market trends, inventory, and pricing to deliver reliable, informed advice to clients.
