Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and generate leads for our IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Promote website development, mobile app development, software development, CRM, and ERP services.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.




• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
• Maintain daily call records, follow-up details, and lead status reports.

Required Skills
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
• Confidence in client handling, negotiation, and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and software development is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
