About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Freelance Performance Marketer to help Nirmaveda acquire customers, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable business growth through effective digital advertising and marketing campaigns.

This is an ongoing freelance engagement involving regular marketing activities. It is not a fixed-salary position. Compensation will be agreed upon based on the scope of work, deliverables, and experience.

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to turn advertising budgets into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to acquire customers and increase app adoption.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads, app installs, conversions, and sales.
- Coordinate advertising creatives, ad copy, promotional offers, and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Track key metrics, including cost per lead,



customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), where applicable.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify effective campaign strategies.
- Explore new advertising channels and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Share regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Understanding of performance marketing, paid acquisition, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize advertising performance.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver agreed outcomes.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating previous campaign performance is preferred.

Experience in e-commerce, mobile applications, digital marketplaces, or the construction industry will be an advantage. Candidates with strong practical skills and demonstrable projects are welcome. Engagement & Compensation
