About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Executive to own day-to-day finance coordination, from customer payment follow-ups and invoice tracking to agreement coordination and weekly cost reporting.

If you’re organised, comfortable working with numbers, and proactive about closing pending items, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Own

- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
- Maintain customer and vendor invoice trackers with accurate payment status and due dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Coordinate vendor and customer agreements, including reviews, approvals, signatures, and renewals, with relevant stakeholders and legal advisors.
- Track commercial terms, billing milestones, and payment obligations in agreements.
- Prepare weekly cost reports covering expenses, vendor spends,



outstanding dues, and changes in spending.
- Maintain organised financial records and supporting documents for accounting and audit requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in finance operations, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounts coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear communication skills and confidence in following up with customers and vendors.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Valuable to Have

- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools.
- Exposure to startup, SaaS, or ecommerce finance operations.
- Working knowledge of GST invoicing and basic accounting processes.
