- Manage end-to-end travel operations, focusing on airport transfers, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate with corporate clients to understand travel requirements and ensure timely execution of bookings.
- Allocate bookings to vendors and chauffeurs based on availability, location, vehicle requirements, and operational priorities.
- Coordinate with vendors, chauffeurs, airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle client escalations, missed rides, delays, complaints, and service failures, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Monitor daily bookings, track ride statuses, follow up on unassigned bookings, and ensure successful service completion.
- Create and maintain Excel trackers for booking allocation, operational data, vendor performance,



reconciliation, and productivity analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, booking summaries, operational dashboards, and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Support vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, documentation, and compliance with agreed service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, escalations, vendor communications, and service resolutions.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Identify process gaps, monitor travel industry trends, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
