Lariz Fashion Limited is seeking a responsible and organized Executive/Sr. Executive – Production MIS (Logic ERP) to maintain production data, prepare daily and periodic MIS reports, monitor production performance, and ensure accurate and timely data entry in Logic ERP. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with the production and merchandising teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Operate Logic Software ERP for production-related data entry, monitoring, and report generation, as applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Production MIS reports for management review.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate production data from Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, and other relevant sections.
- Monitor line-wise production output, target achievement, efficiency, and production variances.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of production information in Logic Software ERP.
- Generate production, order progress, WIP, and operational performance reports from the ERP system.
- Compare planned production targets with actual output and report deviations to management.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising, SCM, Quality, and Store departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Reconcile ERP records with actual production reports and investigate data discrepancies.
- Prepare order-wise, style-wise, line-wise, and section-wise production performance reports.
- Develop Excel-based tracking sheets, dashboards, and supporting MIS reports where required.
- Monitor production progress and provide timely updates regarding bottlenecks, delays, and shipment-related risks.




- Maintain accurate ERP records, reporting formats, and production data documentation.
- Coordinate with the ERP support team to resolve system-related issues and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support ERP process improvement, user coordination, and compliance with established data-entry procedures.
- Perform other MIS and ERP-related duties assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Others Requirements

- Age: 28 - 35 years
- Gender: Male
- Training/Course: MS Office
- Area of Expertise: Logic ERP
- Additional Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Production MIS/ERP MIS in the garments manufacturing industry.
- Practical experience in operating and generating reports from Logic Software ERP will be highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and advanced formulas.
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes, including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, and Shipment.
- Experience in production data entry, ERP transaction monitoring, data verification, and report generation.
- Knowledge of production planning, line-wise output, efficiency, WIP, target achievement, and order tracking.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising, SCM, Quality,



and IT departments.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate data.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines and work under pressure.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Logic Software ERP in a garments manufacturing company will be given preference.
