Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display, aligned with client and internal business goals. The specialist will manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and ensure brand consistency.





Daily tasks include tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports and insights, and recommending data-driven improvements to increase reach, traffic, and conversions. The role also includes collaborating with design, content, and development teams, coordinating with clients or internal stakeholders, and staying current with digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform management.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients or stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, search and social ads (Google & Meta), and basic conversion optimization is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, or ad managers is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
