Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions tailored to various skill levels and roles.
- Create up-to-date training materials,



including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure training content is relevant.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify training needs and address knowledge gaps.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees and clients to enhance their cybersecurity competencies.
- Promote awareness of cybersecurity policies, compliance requirements, and best practices across the organization.

- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer, Security Analyst, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze learning metrics and adapt training programs for maximum impact.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in developing training content.
