Role Description :We are looking for a Co-Founder & Strategic Growth Partner to join us in our next phase of growth.

GharKaMali is exploring pre-seed investment to accelerate market expansion, strengthen operations, enhance technology, and establish a stronger brand presence across key Indian markets.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial partner who can contribute investment capital, strategic expertise, fundraising capabilities, business networks,



or a combination of these.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founder to build and scale an emerging consumer brand with a meaningful environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Strategy: Define the company’s long-term vision, growth roadmap, and expansion strategy.
- Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Support pre-seed fundraising, investor relationships, capital allocation, and financial planning.
- Market Expansion: Drive expansion into recent cities and customer segments while identifying B2B and institutional opportunities.
- Sales & Marketing: Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships.
- Financial Performance: Improve unit economics, cash flow, operating efficiency, and the path to profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Develop scalable, technology-enabled service delivery systems and performance metrics.
- Leadership & Execution: Work alongside the founder to build a high-performing team and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
