Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Senior Civil Engineer with at least 6 years of proven field and site leadership experience. In this role, you will lead on-site execution from groundbreaking to handover, managing site teams, labor forces, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site &
- Project Management:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations across residential, commercial, or township developments.
- Plan project schedules, milestones, and daily progress reports (DPR), ensuring strict adherence to timelines and safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and structural checks to verify compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Team &
- Labor Management:
- Direct and mentor site supervisors, junior engineers, and foremen.
- Oversee labor contractors, allocate workforce efficiently, monitor daily productivity, and resolve labor-related operational challenges in office.
- Vendor &
- Contractor Coordination:
- Coordinate with material suppliers,



specialized sub-contractors, and equipment vendors for timely delivery and deployment.
- Review material indenting, manage site inventory, prevent wastage, and verify supplier delivery challans and invoices.
- Act as the key liaison between on-site teams, consulting architects, structural engineers, and senior management.
- Technical Execution &
- Drawing Review:
- Review, interpret, and cross-verify structural, architectural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
- Identify and resolve technical design clashes or site execution issues promptly.
- Assist in rate analysis, bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and contractor billing verification.

Required Qualifications &
- Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of on-site civil execution and site management experience in residential/commercial building construction or townships.
