Role Description The Civil Engineer role at IndoDynamic Construction Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, supporting project planning, and coordinating with site teams to ensure work is executed according to specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, assisting with stormwater and drainage design, monitoring construction progress, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders,



preparing technical reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, material selection, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to develop, review, and optimise project plans and technical drawings.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects, with understanding of industry standards and site operations.
- Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of on-site activities.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management for designing effective drainage systems and mitigating water-related risks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
