AlfaTechNet Sri Lanka is a Microsoft Training Services Partner. We help individuals and organizations build their skills in Microsoft technologies through expert-led training. We are growing, and we are looking for a motivated person to help us turn interest into enrolments.
About the role
You will follow up with people who have shown interest in our training, understand what they need, and guide them to the right course until they enroll. You will also find new opportunities by reaching out to students, professionals and companies. We provide warm leads from our marketing, so you don’t start from zero.
This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary, and your earnings depend on the enrolments you close.
What you will do
- Contact and follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Explain our training offerings clearly and answer questions
- Understand each person’s goals and recommend a suitable course
- Convert leads into confirmed enrolments and payments
- Build relationships with companies,
universities and institutes for corporate and group training
- Keep a simple record of leads, calls and results
- Share feedback from the market with our team
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service or education counselling
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English, plus Sinhala and/or Tamil
- Confidence in following up and closing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with reliable follow-through
- Basic understanding of IT or an interest in learning about it
- A good network in IT, education or corporate circles is a plus
