The role

You will run the full sales cycle on inbound and outbound B2C leads: qualify, demo, handle objections, close, and hand off to onboarding. This is in-office, Bangalore, 6 days a week, 6-8 hours a day.

What you will work on

- Calling leads and running demo/discovery calls for our coaching plans
- Handling objections on price, commitment, and results
- Following up relentlessly until a lead converts or clearly says no
- Keeping a clean pipeline so nothing falls through

- You have actually sold to individual consumers before, not just B2B accounts.
- You have real call experience: you can run a cold call and a warm demo and tell the difference.
- You care about the number you close this month, not the number of calls you logged.

Requirements

- ✓2+ years of B2C sales experience
- ✓Proven experience on sales calls: cold calling,



demo calls, and follow-ups
- ✓Comfortable handling objections and closing on the phone
- ✓Able to work in-office in Bangalore, 6 days a week

Nice to have
- +Experience selling subscriptions, memberships or coaching/wellness services
- +CRM experience (tracking leads, pipeline discipline)
