Role Description The Associate US Health Insurance Process – Voice Process role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi.

- Handling us insurance voice calls, claims, policies, coverage inquiries

- verify customer information, provide accurate and timely responses,
- The role requires adherence to data security and confidentiality standards, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in shifts as per business needs.

- s should possess knowledge of Insurance and US Health Insurance concepts.Candidate
- s should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English for voice-based customer interactions.Candidate
- s should possess Customer Service skills,



with the ability to handle queries and resolve concerns empathetically and professionally.Candidate
- s should possess basic Finance and Insurance Brokerage awareness to understand billing, premiums, and policy-related financial information.Candidate
- s should possess good listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with process guidelines and documentation tools.Relevant
- experience in a voice process, BPO, or healthcare/insurance domain is beneficial.A minimum
- of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.Willingne
- ss to work on-site in Kochi and in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
