Role Description

We are seeking an organized and responsible Apparel & Production Coordinator to manage sample development and coordinate production from approved samples through final dispatch. The role ensures timely completion, transparent team communication, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Development & Approval: Coordinate samples according to customer requirements, including measurements, fabrics, colours, and design details; manage revisions, approvals, and documentation.
- Production Coordination: Plan and monitor production across cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
- Team Communication: Maintain clear coordination among sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Ensure garments match approved samples and specifications; coordinate inspections, address defects, and confirm all quality checks are passed before dispatch.
- Problem Solving: Identify delays, bottlenecks,



and quality issues; coordinate corrective actions and follow up through resolution.
- Tracking & Documentation: Maintain records of production quantities, pending work, delivery schedules, sample status, quality approvals, and related reports using MS Excel and other computer tools.

What We Expect:-

A well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate capable of managing sample development, coordinating production teams, maintaining schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring quality compliance.

Knowledge of garment manufacturing, sample development, production processes, quality assurance, and basic computer work is preferred.

Key objective:-

Develop accurate samples, coordinate efficient and timely production, and ensure every garment meets required quality standards before dispatch.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.

Knowledge of garment sampling and production processes.

Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Experience in garment manufacturing or production coordination preferred.
