Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Non-IT Recruiter with
hands-on experience in volume and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate
should have experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for
multiple positions within tight timelines.
The role requires strong candidate sourcing skills, high-volume calling,
effective follow-ups, and the ability to achieve weekly and monthly
hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, volume, and bulk hiring
requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Work India,
Linked In, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage high-volume hiring for roles such as Telecallers, Customer
Support, Sales, BPO, BFSI, Operations, Back Office, Field Sales, and
other Non-IT positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on
job requirements.
- Make high-volume recruitment calls and maintain regular candidate
follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and
clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming
requirements.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing
to selection and joining.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer-to-joining
ratios and minimize candidate dropouts.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment
trackers/ATS regularly.
- Work on multiple client requirements and prioritize positions based
on hiring urgency.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and Account
Manager/Delivery Lead regarding hiring progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably with a
recruitment consultancy or staffing company.
- Strong hands-on experience in volume and bulk hiring.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Work India, Linked In, or
similar platforms.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high number of recruitment calls daily.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment
environment.
- Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and hiring requirements
simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with a recruitment consultancy/staffing agency is
preferred.
- Proven experience closing high-volume positions within strict
timelines.
- Experience hiring for BPO,BFSI, Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling,
Operations, or similar Non-IT roles.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be
preferred.
