JOB DESCRIPTION - Senior Sales & Marketing

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000 per month

Required Experience: 4-8 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

• Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and deliver measurable business results.

• Market Expansion: Develop new customer segments, industrial accounts, dealer networks, and distribution channels.

• Product Sales: Drive sales of aluminium sheets, aluminium circles, copper, brass, and related non-ferrous metal products.

• Customer Acquisition: Build a strong pipeline of potential customers, conduct regular client meetings, and convert leads into profitable business.

• Commercial Negotiations: Independently handle pricing, quotations, payment terms, credit discussions, and commercial negotiations while protecting company margins.

• Market Intelligence: Track metal price movements, competitor pricing, demand trends, and market developments to identify profitable opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with manufacturers, traders, wholesalers, fabricators, and industrial buyers.

• Order Management: Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and payment follow-ups.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports.





• Collections & Profitability: Monitor outstanding payments, manage customer credit exposure in coordination with management, and focus on profitable sales growth.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 4-7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aluminium, copper, brass, metal scrap, or non-ferrous metal manufacturing and trading.

• Strong product and commercial knowledge of Aluminium Sheets, Aluminium Circles, Copper, Brass, and Metal Scrap.

• Established understanding of metal market dynamics, pricing structures, margins, and customer purchasing requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, negotiate effectively, and close high-value orders.

• Strong B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Good command of English and Hindi, with professional email and business communication skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, sales reporting, and customer relationship management practices.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of sales performance, and operate in a target-driven setting.
