HIRING - IMPORT & EXPORT | SOURCING & VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

Position: Import & Export Executive

Department: Sourcing & Vendor Development

Experience: 3-4 Years

Location: Manesar

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export shipments and coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

• Hands-on knowledge of air cargo import and export shipments.

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities from booking to delivery.

• Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and related documents.

• Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders and transporters.

• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

• Handle vendor coordination and follow-up for shipment readiness.

• Ensure compliance with applicable import/export procedures and documentation requirements.

• Maintain shipment records, reports and MIS.





• Coordinate with internal Purchase, Sourcing, Finance and Warehouse teams.
