Job Description: Shift Supervisor – Production Department
Location: Chiplun, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shift operations.
Monitor production targets, quality, and safety standards.
Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments.
Maintain production reports and ensure minimum downtime.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
Relevant experience in production supervision preferred.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
