Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle cash bank purchase sales and journal entries.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash records and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly account closing and preparation of financial reports.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare and issue sales invoices tax invoices and payment receipts.
Verify bills quotations purchase orders and supporting documents before processing.
Prepare customer bills as per approved rates work orders and contractual terms.
Maintain proper records of invoices debit notes and credit notes.
Coordinate with project/site teams for billing details and supporting documents.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payments.
GST & Statutory Compliance
Ensure invoices comply with applicable GST requirements.
Verify GST details HSN/SAC codes and tax calculations.
Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
Maintain records required for statutory audits and tax assessments.




Coordinate with the Accounts Manager or external auditor for compliance-related activities.
Vendor & Payment Management
Verify supplier invoices and bills before processing payments.
Maintain vendor ledgers and track outstanding payments.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing discrepancies.
Prepare payment statements and assist with payment processing.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized records of invoices vouchers receipts and financial documents.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly billing and collection reports.
Update accounting data accurately in Tally or other accounting software.
Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience
or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
24 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing.
Experience in construction contracting or project-based companies will be an advantage.
Knowledge of GST invoicing Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
