Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily transportation and operational activities.
Coordinate with drivers, conductors, and other team members.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure vehicles operate as per the assigned schedules and routes.
Coordinate vehicle inspections and report breakdowns or maintenance issues.
Handle operational issues and take timely corrective action.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain daily reports and provide operational updates to management.
Support smooth coordination between the operations team and management.

Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office,



especially Excel.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, or logistics may apply.
Candidates should be proactive, disciplined, and willing to work in an operations workplace.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
