About the Role*

Key Responsibilities
Handle electroplating and surface finishing processes, including zinc plating, anodizing, tin plating, and nickel plating.
Manage metal finishing techniques and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
Monitor chemical bath composition and conduct laboratory tests for process optimization.
Oversee effluent treatment processes and support environmental compliance.
Ensure proper waste management and compliance with applicable e-waste handling regulations.




Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement in production quality and process efficiency.

Required Skills
Practical experience in electroplating and surface treatment processes.
Knowledge of chemical analysis, laboratory testing, and quality control.
Understanding of ETP operations, environmental regulations, and waste management.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
