Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Greet shoppers warmly, answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and drive upsell or cross-sell prospects.
Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately, handle returns, and issue receipts.
Inventory & Merchandising: Restock shelves, monitor stock levels, maintain visual displays, and organize stockrooms.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and aisles clean, protected, and tidy.
