Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Sales
Sell movie tickets through POS systems.
Assist customers in selecting show timings, seating, and ticket categories.
Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
Handle ticket cancellations, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policies.
Concession Sales
Promote and sell snacks, beverages, combo meals, and other concession items.
Upsell premium products and promotional offers to maximize revenue.
Maintain product availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
Customer Service
Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Address guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Provide accurate information regarding movies, showtimes, offers, and cinema policies.
Cash Handling & Reporting
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Reconcile daily sales collections and prepare end-of-shift reports.
Ensure compliance with company cash-handling procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
