Key Responsibilities:
Junior / Senior Recruiters:
- End-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract roles
- Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media
- Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring TAT
- Managing candidate pipelines and offer roll-outs
Team Leaders:
- Manage a team of recruiters and allocate daily/weekly targets
- Conduct performance reviews and mentoring sessions
- Build client relationships and ensure delivery SLAs
- Participate in client calls and escalations
- Drive recruitment strategy and team KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Junior
- Senior
- Team Lead: 4+ Years with team handling experience
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably in HR, Commerce, or IT)
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, and closing positions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and job requirements
