Roles and Responsibilities Sr. Associate, Branch Operations | HDFC Life

- Handle day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.

- Process insurance policy applications, documentation, and customer requests.

- Verify customer documents and ensure KYC compliance.

- Coordinate with sales teams, underwriting, and other internal departments for smooth policy processing.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.

- Handle customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and servicing.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

- Track pending cases and follow up to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

- Prepare operational reports and maintain branch records.

- Support the branch team in delivering effective customer service and achieving operational targets.
