Role : AM Property and Service Contracts

Location: Wadala, Mumbai

Experience: 6 -10 years

Mode of Work : WFO

Working Days : 2nd & 4th Sat Working

Responsibilities

- Property due diligence and contracting - Title due diligence, contracts such as Lease, Leave and License, Maintenance, Amenities contracts, including Stamp duty and registration fee calculation

- Service Contracts - Creation of template contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiate with third parties and finalise different types of contracts for Trent and its subsidiaries,such as vendor Agreements, supply contracts, Transport and Logistics related contracts, Sourcing Contracts, IT contracts, Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Contracts, Consultancy / Employee / Designer Contracts, Housekeeping, Security Contracts & other service contracts
- Represent company at contract negotiations on legal issues.




- Keep abreast of and inform business units on relevant developments in marketing and retail industry such as Court ruling/s or legislative amendment/s.
- Draft Repliesto notices, ensure timely escalations and dispute mitigation.
- Provide inputs in operational mattersto ensure desired support to the business.
- Support the process owners to ensure the statutory compliances.

Requirements and skills

- LLB (Bachelor of Law)
- In-depth knowledge of the industrys standards and regulation
- Should have excellent research, analyticalskills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on legal issues effectively
- Valuable communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various departments and third parties
