1. Job Responsibilities – Site Execution

- Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Check measurements, material consumption, and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Follow safety procedures and construction quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and senior engineers to resolve site issues.

2. Job Responsibilities – Billing

- Prepare contractor bills and client running account (RA) bills.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity calculations as per drawings and actual site execution.
- Verify contractor bills against actual work completed at the site.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items and non-BOQ items.
- Check material consumption and reconcile quantities with executed work.
- Prepare abstract sheets, reconciliation statements, and final bills.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with the accounts and project teams for bill verification and payment processing.
- Identify quantity variations and maintain records of extra and deviation items.

3. Required Technical Skills

- AutoCAD for drawing reading and quantity estimation.
- MS Excel for billing, BOQ, and quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of rate analysis, measurement books, and RA bills.
- Knowledge of IS codes, construction materials, and quality control.
- Good coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Timely completion of site activities.
