Job Summary

As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers through chat platforms, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through chat.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services, processes, and offerings.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, follow-ups, and escalations effectively.
- Maintain clear, polite, and professional written communication.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.




- Meet daily performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Follow company policies, support guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Good written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to type accurately and respond to multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
